Safety

We operate fully legally and transparently. Below you will find all the permits, certifications and safeguards that protect your money and your journey.

  • Tourism Organisers Register entry

    Easy Tiger Tour is listed in the Central Register of Tourism Organisers and Entrepreneurs Facilitating Linked Travel Arrangements.

  • Tourism Guarantee Fund

    For every contract we pay contributions to the statutory guarantee funds — an extra safeguard in the event of organiser insolvency.

  • Insurance guarantee

    We hold the mandatory insurance guarantee against insolvency, ensuring refunds of payments and travellers' return home.

  • TU EUROPA travel insurance

    Every participant is covered for medical costs, accidents and luggage for the full duration of the journey.

  • Experienced guides

    Journeys are led by certified guides with the qualifications and experience to lead groups in each region.

The price covers accommodation, guide support, the activity programme and travel insurance. Each journey lists exactly what is included and what is optional.

Once you choose a journey we sign a contract and collect a deposit. The balance is paid no later than 30 days before departure. The whole process can be handled online.

No. Every journey is graded by difficulty and the pace is matched to the group. We will help you choose a trip that suits your fitness.

Cancellation rules are set out in the General Terms of Participation. We recommend cancellation insurance, which protects your payment.

We travel in intimate groups, usually 6 to 12 people, which keeps each journey personal.

Yes. We advise on connections and can arrange flights as part of the package, or leave you free to book them yourself.
